PAMDRAP Launches the 1st Philippine Medical Device Congress
In the Special Membership Meeting conducted last 09 September 2024 attended by members and leadership of the Center for Device Regulation, Radiation Health and Reasearch (CDRRHR) of the Food and Drug Administration, PAMDRAP announced its 2025 plan to hold the very first national congress focused on the industry of Medical Devices.
The launched was headed by Ms. Julie Anne S. Odarbe, PAMDRAP Vice President, who will also serve as the Over-all Chairperson of the event. Odarbe also presented the PMDC logo, a dynamic and modern representation of the intersection between healthcare and technology. It embodies the core values of health, collaboration, global impact, and innovation.
The whole logo embodies our focus on the modernity of treatment using science and technology – enhancing efficiency and overall progress. It is a powerful symbol of the organization’s dedication to advancing health and well-being through collaboration, innovation, and a global patient-centered approach. The design is straightforward yet impactful, emphasizing clarity and modernity which aligns with the congress’s mission to provide timely updates on the advancements of medical devices in the Philippines. It underscores the importance of innovation and digital transformation in enhancing healthcare delivery, reflecting the congress’s commitment to advancing the medical field through technological integration and continuous improvement.
The 1st Philippine Medical Device congress is set to commence on March 2025.
